Making a Contract with Us

When you place an order with us you are making and accepting an offer to buy goods.    Once the contract is completed, we send you an email confirming that your order have been despatched.

In the event that the goods are no longer available, or there is a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this.  If the goods are not available, we may offer to supply you with substitute goods or place your request as a back order; should you accept this offer, we require an e-mail confirming this.

How to place an order

Orders are made by selecting the items you wish to purchase and clicking the “Buy” button. Your purchase is now added to your online shopping cart.  You may then continue shopping or if you are ready to check out, enter any promotional vouchers or gift vouchers you may have and complete the Country, Current and Payment fields. Then click the ‘Check Out’ button.

Delivery

Details of our delivery and charges are contained within the "Delivery & Charges" heading.

Damaged Goods

If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly, ideally within 24 hrs.

Cancellation and returns

You can cancel your contract at any time up to 14 working days after delivery.  To do this, please e-mail or write to us including your name, address and order details.  You do not have to give any reason for cancellation.   However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.

If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense.  You are responsible for the risk of loss or damage when you return goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection.  If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and resulting in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights — for example, if goods are faulty or wrongly described.

Faulty goods

If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
