With 24hr online ordering from our new simple to navigate website and FAST delivery from daily Business Post service, ordering parts or accessories couldn’t be easier.

Remember, Bridge Road Motorcycles is not an internet company that happens to sell motorcycle parts.
We are a traditional motorcycle shop selling new and used bikes and scooters, clothing, parts & accessories that happens to have a state of the art internet site!

This site just means that we are now even easier to deal with and you can do so 24 hrs a day 7 days a week.

RETURNS POLICY


Should the items you receive fail to meet your expectations, you may return them for credit or exchange. Please return all goods within 7 days of receipt, in a re-saleable condition and in the original packaging to our returns department. Accompany all returns with your name and address and state the reason for return. Return postage costs are non refundable. Please state clearly what action you wish us to take. On items being returned for exchange that have been incorrectly ordered, we reserve the right to charge carriage on the return of the items to you.

Helmets - Helmets are a safety item, which cannot be offered for resale. Therefore no return or refund is possible under any circumstances.

Special Orders, ie. Products not normally stocked by the Company and advised as being special at the time of order, items personalised or made to the Purchaser’s specification may only be returned if goods are faulty or were supplied incorrectly.

In common with industry practice, the company cannot accept returns of videos, DVDs, CDs or Manuals unless all original packaging is intact and un-opened
Goods must be returned to the Company in a condition, which would be acceptable to our supplier for return.

Faulty Goods?
In the unlikely event that the goods you receive should be faulty, please contact us by phone and we can then discuss the most efficient way of dealing with your return!
Please ensure goods are checked on delivery and signed for as received damaged if necessary.
If goods are to be returned by yourselves due to a fault then we will refund the return carriage up to the value of 6.50 GBP.

Who delivers the parcels?
We use UK MAIL,FEDEX, TNT, Parcelforce and Royal Mail.

What happens if I'm not in?
A card will be left at your address to advise of the failed delivery. The card will either contain a new delivery date or a contact phone number. You can ring this number to arrange delivery at your convenience.

Do you offer technical support?
Yes. Our staff will happily provide any advice or assistance relating to any product purchased from us.
